Adolescent Counselor PHP/Outpatient – High Focus Centers, Exton, PA
Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm

High Focus Centers in Exton is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our dedicated team of highly trained professionals creates individualized, comprehensive treatment plans tailored to help each client achieve their unique goals.

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Counselor to join our outstanding team of behavioral healthcare professionals. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and family support services. Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week, aligned with program needs and standards. Lead one aftercare outpatient therapy group for clients transitioning to lower levels of care. Develop treatment plans through collaboration with clients, families, and team members, ensuring timely completion. Participate in meetings to discuss client progress and deliver clinical updates. Perform insurance reviews and maintain accurate documentation. Collect client co-pays as needed. Support program operations and complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Completion of clinical based internship/practicum required. Experience: Professional counseling experience working with adolescents is required.
