Responsibilities: + Provide direct patient care to adolescents with psychiatric conditions. + Administer medications and monitor patient responses. + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. + Conduct assessments and document patient progress. + Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and coping strategies.
