As an Alternate Director of Nursing (ADON) at BrightStar of Lake County Indiana, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the nursing/caregiver staff. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the nursing and caregiver staff Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures Provide direct patient care as needed Conduct staff training and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Indiana Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills  Experience with home care, a plus
