Adoption & Training Lead - Global Workday Rollout

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Adoption & Training Lead to join our Change Team for the global rollout of Workday HCM, FINS and PSA modules. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive change and adoption during a significant technology and business transformation that will affect all employees and stakeholders worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless transition by leading adoption efforts to ensure the successful use of Workday across the organization.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and change champions to drive engagement, facilitate training, and empower employees with the knowledge and tools to maximize Workday’s capabilities.If you have a passion for leading large-scale change, designing impactful training programs, and engaging diverse global teams—this role is for you!Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in adoption, training, or change management, ideally with global enterprise technology rollouts.Bachelor's or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications: Expertise in Workday implementations or similar HRIS systems.Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, from strategy development to material creation and live training delivery. Experience leading adoption, training and change management strategies for large, complex projects. Strong understanding of the value and principles of project management.  Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery techniques.Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.Prosci, ATD, or similar certificates in change management methodologies or training delivery are highly desirable.   CAPM, PMP, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus. Workday certifications are highly desirable.  #LI-KEB1
