FA technician は FA engineer 及び解析依頼者と協力し、歩留まり改善やプロセス改善の為、各種解析装置を使用して電気的解析と物理解析を行う。また不良原因となる異常を発見した後、原因を考察してレポートすることも要求される。

職務内容

・Prober及びテスターを使って電気解析(EFA)を行う。

・電気解析結果の資料作成を行う。

・研磨装置やDry etcher, 薬液を使って膜剥離の作業を行う。

・SEM, FIB, S/TEMを使って平面や断面での物理解析(PFA)を行う。

・PFA結果をまとめてメール配信を行う。現象の考察を含む場合もある。

必須条件：
・高校卒業以上
・Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど）基本的なソフトウエアを 使用できる。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

勤務時間：シフト勤務　4勤4休
（昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み…のサイクル）
昼勤：8:00～20:15（実働10時間30分、休憩時間 105分）
夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15（実働10時間15分、休憩時間 120分）

 The FA technician, in cooperation with the FA engineer and the FA client, performs electrical and physical analysis using various analysis tools to improve yields and processes. The FA technician is also required to consider and report the cause after finding an abnomaly that causes defects.
 

Job Description

・Perform electrical analysis (EFA) using Prober and tester.

・Prepare documentation of electrical analysis results.

・Perform film removal using polishing equipment, dry etcher, and chemical.

・Perform planar and cross-sectional physical analysis (PFA) using SEM, FIB, and S/TEM.

・Sending email with a summary of PFA results. it may include failure mechanism.

・Ability to prepare documents on a computer using Excel, Power point, etc.

・Ability to work 4 shifts/4 days off, 12 hours Shift.

・Good communication skills in Japanese.
