**Job Description** **Addiction Institute of Mount Sinai is recruiting a Clinical Psychologist for a full-time position.** As a member of the Department of Psychiatry, Division of Adult Ambulatory Psychiatry at Mount Sinai West, the full-time Psychologist will provide direct clinical services (including intakes, individual and group psychotherapy) to a diverse population of patients age 18+ in an outpatient OASAS licensed clinic serving the Mount Sinai West Community. **Qualifications** + Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology and completion of an APA accredited year-long internship is required. Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of New York + Computer literacy required, including word processing + Evidence of experience in providing evidence-based treatment to a diverse population and clients who present with substance misuse issues. + Demonstrated competence in crisis intervention, assessing need for psychiatric hospitalization, handling psychiatric emergencies, and supervising referrals for inpatient care + Demonstrated excellence in diagnosis, including mastery of diagnostic nomenclature, and in understanding best practices in diagnostic evaluations + Demonstrated excellence in multicultural competencyExperience and interest in teaching and supervision of trainees + Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply Compensation range from 125K to 145K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits) **Salary Disclosure Information:** Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
