Anticipated initial assignment is Niagara Career & Technical Education Center, Sanborn, NY. Approximately 16 hours per week (four (4) hours per day, three to four (3-4) days per week). The individual will provide 72 hours of instruction to adult students covering fundamentals of blueprint reading. The individual will teach and develop the skills that are required to read and accurately interpret industrial blueprints. The individual must be able to instruct regarding the concept of spatial relations, shape visualization, line usage, and interpretation of multi-view drawings. Experience with blueprints in an industrial setting and teaching adults are desired. Comprehensive understanding of blueprints is required. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant trade experience is required. Regular attendance and dependability are required. Other responsibilities may be assigned. The assignment is subject to change.
