Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Lecturer
The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, one of 12 Schools in a highly ranked institution, is dedicated to the integration of interdisciplinary research, education, and practice. The Family and Community Health (FCH) Department in the School of Nursing seeks candidates for a full-time Lecturer position interested in teaching in our undergraduate and graduate programs. We invite individuals prepared at the Masters (MSN) or Doctoral level (DNP) to apply. The Lecturer will have teaching responsibilities in both the undergraduate and graduate program. The Lecturer will have teaching responsibilities in both the undergraduate and graduate program. Interested parties must have experience in academic program leadership, curriculum development/evaluation, academic teaching using multiple modalities (didactic, online) and working with an interprofessional audience of physicians and nurses. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate numerous sources of complex information is required. Excellent writing skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills needed. Eligibility to be registered as a nurse in the state of PA is required. Content expertise and eligibility to be licensed as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania is preferred. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and CV.
