**Core Responsibilities**
You willbe responsible fordefining and implementing the global portfolio and through-the-line marketing strategy to support and deliver on the vision and growth roadmap for theAdultbusiness. You will alsoensurethe continuedprofessionalizationof the business unit–withtheright processes, tools andways-of-workingin place to enable a seamless implementationofthe strategiesand plans. Specifically, you will:
+ Define and drive the global portfolio and marketing strategy for the adult audience, includingresourceandbudgetplanning and allocation.
+ Own the recommendation for the size and shape of the global adult portfolio and go-to-market approach, ensuring alignment with Markets & Channels.
+ Drivethesuccessfuland smoothimplementationofthe adult portfolio and marketing strategy across theorganization-inspiring followership and proactive collaboration.
+ Oversee the portfolio development/innovation process and ensure effective selling-in to Markets & Channels and customers.
+ Establish and continuously raise the standard of excellence for through-the-line marketing,ensuring regular tracking, reporting, and action planning foroptimizedbusiness performance.
+ Lead the adult portfolio and audience marketing team,ensuringahigh-performance, results-oriented and collaborative _“one-adult-team-culture._ _”_

The Adults business is one of the fastest growing within the company, with an ever-expanding portfolio and marketing agenda to further expand the LEGO brand’s footprint and legacy beyond the playroom and in people’s homes and lives. This role puts you in the pilot’s seat of the next leg of this audience’s growth journey.
**Do you have what it takes?**
We are looking for a holistic and experienced business/ marketing leader with 3 key foundational capability spikes:
+ An Inspiring Business Strategist: Setting the opportunity-based strategic roadmap for this category and audience with big thinking combined with a hands-on bias for action.
+ Team Leadership: Thrives in both formal leadership (of direct reports) and indirect leadership- influencing the direction and output of various cross-functional teams and ensuring a cohesive audience culture built on trust, collaboration, and performance.
+ A strong balance of Commercial hard skills, with Marketing Soft skills: being able to switch easily from very commercial forums and approach, to strategic or communication intuition.
Moreover, we would also be looking for the following key attributes:
+ Seasoned senior executive with considerable business, people, and team leadershipexpertise, including a demonstrated history of effective marketing strategy and brand expansion.
+ Demonstrated thought leadership and agility in responding to the changing external landscape, with solid experience in communication strategy and global marketing campaigns.
+ Deep understanding of the end-to-end marketing value chain, with extensive regional or local marketing experience as a plus.
+ Embraces diversity and collaboration, bringing new perspectives and ideas whileoperatingand developing broad internal and external partner networks.
+ Thrives in exploring the unknown, learning, and inventing new ways to achieve goals, with a willingness to travel 4-6 times a year.
