Job Responsibilities:

For our Mechatronics division in Shtip, we are looking for Advanced Manufacturing Engineer that will be responsible for the development and implementation of optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

Investigate and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and methods, including automation, robotics, additive manufacturing (3D printing), and intelligent systems.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies.Develop and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced techniques to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.Lead and manage projects related to the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies into production systems.Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.Provide technical support and expertise to production teams regarding advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.

Who we are looking for

Degree in electrical, mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline with appropriate manufacturing / process experienceMinimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including Conti-nuous Improvement programs and Lean ManufacturingExperience in processing material handling and assembly tasks, process layout and cycle time analysis of robotic and assembly cellsCreative and self-motivating with the ability to understand and divide a vision into prioritized tasksBroad technical background with a clear understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and plant operation
