The Analytics & AI Delivery Lead/Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality data science and analytics solutions. This individual will collaborate closely with data scientists, and BI analysts to translate business requirements into technically feasible and impactful solutions. The Delivery Lead/Manager will provide technical guidance, oversee the development process, and ensure the timely and successful implementation of projects.
What You’ll Do:
•Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable data science and analytics solutions.
•Review technical solutions proposed by data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility, alignment with business requirements, and adherence to best practices.
•Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-quality BI solutions.
•Collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
•Review and provide feedback on BI designs and prototypes.
•Delivery of capabilities working with other leads on prioritization and impacts.
•Ensure efficient flow of capabilities through intake workflow.
•Readiness for alignment and ensure necessary technical artifacts are complete.
•Partner with Product and Architecture Teams as needed.
•Representative for the Product from an engineering/technical leadership standpoint.
•Escalation point for IT delivery and impediment removal aligned to the teams.
•Develop and own integration and dependencies outside of the teams.
•Provide detailed applied architecture support and monitor the development process, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
•Ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for the data science and engineering teams.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
•Stay updated of the latest advancements in data science and analytics technologies
What You’ll Need:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with a strong foundation in data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud computing.
•Experience with data science and analytics methodologies, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
•Strong understanding of data architectures, data pipelines, and data integration techniques.
•Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and the development of interactive dashboards and reports.
•Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and related technologies.
•Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives is a plus.
