We are looking for an Advanced Analytics Consultant to join our team of analytics experts consulting for both internal and external teams.\n \n\nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nKnowledge of common research methodologies including but not limited to: conjoint, MaxDiff, Gabor Granger, regression, clustering, and descriptive statistics.\nProven ability to seamlessly move between more and less technical explanations based on the needs and context of your audience\nDesire to go beyond just the numeric results of our research to help our customers understand the impact on their decision and their business\nCan build strong, lasting relationships with clients, and are a creative and analytical problem-solver\nDemonstrate outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nHands-on experience with emerging technologies and products in the market research industry\nOpportunities to own projects for some of our largest customers, from inception to impact\nClose collaboration with internal technical teams on the continued development of our newest products and offerings\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nIdentify the most appropriate research and analytics methodologies to achieve a customer's research objectives\nSupport the development and validation of new or revised approaches to market research\nOwn projects end to end from translating needs to sharing the impact of results\nCollaborate closely with an engaged, supportive, and collaborative team\nWork closely on strategic initiatives across the organization to support our continued growth.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\n2-4 years experience in an internal or external customer facing role\nBachelors degree or greater in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related discipline\nProficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\nProven experience in project management, time management, and analytical skills\nExperienced presenting technical findings to technical and non-technical teams\nPrevious experience using the Qualtrics platform a plus\nProficiency in R\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\n\nOur client satisfaction rate is incredibly high and a point of pride for our teams. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
