As an Associate Engineer in Equipment Production, you are responsible for performing assembly and testing of Mechatronics Assemblies. 

Assemble and test Mechatronics Assemblies to Standard Work Instruction and Test Procedures Perform Troubleshooting and Diagnostic based on Troubleshooting Guide Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives such as Point Kaizen towards Production Quality / Productivity Improvements Ability to lead a small team on initiative or line activities based on Supervisor’s assignment. Support Agility Training to all Product Lines based on Supervisor’s assignment Any other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
 

Knowledge & Experience requirements
 

Technical Certificate Graduate either Nitec / Diploma 3 to 5 years of wire bonding experience Technical Skills: Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles, ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Hand-Eye Coordination: Ability to handle small parts and perform precise assembly tasks. Attention to Details: Ability to identify minor defects and ensure consistent quality. Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot assembly and test issues
