Start your new career as an Advanced CNC Machine Operator with MAU at our client in Seneca, SC. As an Advanced CNC Machine Operator, you will operate conventional, specialized, and computer numerical control (CNC) machines—including lathes, grinders, milling machines, drill presses, and assembly stations—to fabricate or assemble both metallic and non-metallic materials. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, providing a pathway to permanent employment.

What We Offer: $20 - $22.50 per hour Multiple shifts available 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift First Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM Second Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM Third Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM Overtime and weekend opportunities Direct-hire opportunity Comprehensive benefits package for direct hires What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED, OR 4+ years of manufacturing experience with required CNC experience Experience in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment Strong math skills, with knowledge of ratios, proportions, geometry, and trigonometry (a plus) Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of and adherence to safety policies and procedures Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively and stand for extended periods Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Do as an Advanced CNC Machine Operator: Start and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions Verify that finished workpieces meet specified standards Load and unload CNC machines or assembly stations Pack finished materials into dunnage for shipment Load and unload CMM/measurement systems Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards Move materials as needed using pallet jacks, carts, etc. Read and follow job aids, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and policies Complete required tasks within the established cycle time Inspect and assemble small components to meet quality standards Use handheld gauges to ensure accuracy Properly tag and process defective parts through the nonconforming material procedure Manually load, unload, and move materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, baskets, and shelves on foot and by hand as required Operate all equipment safely Train on and perform all machining and assembly operations according to established processes and procedures Perform minor machine maintenance, including cleaning machines, dies, workpieces, or adding coolant to machine reservoirs Provide support to other departments as needed Perform additional tasks as assigned
