Advanced Configuraiton Managemet Associate

Contract Position
$30.64-$32.55/Hour
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Responsibilities:
Coordinate configuration management processes across engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure proper documentation and control of design changes.Review design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations to maintain configuration identification.Work with Engineering, Quality, Support, and Manufacturing teams to coordinate design control and process adherence.Oversee change control boards, approval processes, and configuration management audits to ensure compliance with industry and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.Develop, control, and manage multiple product and allocated baselines.Assess and implement configuration management services, concepts, policies, and procedures to enhance process efficiency.Utilize MS Office Suite, Jira, and Product Data Management (PDM) applications for configuration tracking and process execution.Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent job-related experience (4+ years).Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.Experience and Skills:
Experience in Configuration Management and change control processes in both development and manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of DoD and industry standards for Hardware and Software Configuration Management.Experience conducting and facilitating Configuration Management audits.Proficiency in change control boards, approval processes, and comment adjudication.Ability to coordinate process controls across multiple departments and disciplines.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira, and PDM applications for configuration tracking.Your Recruiter Still have questions?
