Advanced Field Operations Administrator
**A Snapshot of Your Day** Provides a variety of administrative support duties with a concentration on field orders, work packages and related documentation. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Make copies, files, shreds as needed. Prepares and finalize presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents. Misc. data backup activities. + Schedules meetings, appointments, rooms as needed, including catering, reservations, etc. + Orders, coordinates, and maintains office supplies/files. + Assists with training material maintenance, duplication, binder assembly, etc. + Enter Capital and other purchase orders and track them through the system thru close out. + Records retention processing and inventory. + Assist with new hire setup and configuration. + Handle work package system and updates. + Perform other administrative duties as assigned. **What You Bring** + High School diploma or recognized equivalent. + Two years of college/vocational school or business administrative courses preferred and/or minimum of three years related administrative experience. + Intermediate experience in use of computer software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office. Determined and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in teams. + Excellent English language communications skills both verbal, written and phone. + Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
