We are currently looking for a Home Services Worker CTT Instructor to join our team at Kittrell Job Corps. We need a dynamic and passionate individual who can impart essential skills in the Home Services field to our students. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in home services and a desire to inspire and guide the next generation of professionals. Responsibilities: + Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Home Services Workers in compliance with industry standards. + Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cover a range of topics, including but not limited to, housekeeping, cooking, and home maintenance. + Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student participation and collaboration. + Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them develop practical skills and professionalism. + Stay abreast of industry trends and updates, integrating real-world examples into the curriculum. + Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students. + Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure successful skill acquisition. Qualifications Qualifications: + Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Home Services. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory. + A passion for mentoring and empowering young individuals. “Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
