The Kittell Job Corps Center provides students with the opportunity to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), and hands-on training in the following areas: Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Administration Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Plumbing, Painting, Security and Protective Services, HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, and Building Construction Technology.

We are currently looking for a Home Services Worker CTT Instructor to join our team at Kittrell Job Corps. We need a dynamic and passionate individual who can impart essential skills in the Home Services field to our students. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in home services and a desire to inspire and guide the next generation of professionals.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Home Services Workers in compliance with industry standards. Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cover a range of topics, including but not limited to, housekeeping, cooking, and home maintenance. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student participation and collaboration. Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them develop practical skills and professionalism. Stay abreast of industry trends and updates, integrating real-world examples into the curriculum. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure successful skill acquisition.
