Job Title: Advanced Instruments: Service Technician

Overview: Seeking a technician to maintain, repair, and install sampling, flow monitoring, and air-drying equipment. This role involves on-site services, troubleshooting, and building customer relationships.

Details:

Type: Full-time, Direct hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri, occasional evenings/weekends

Location: Western PA/Cleveland OH (100% local travel)

Pay: $30/HR

Travel: Occasional overnight stays (1-2 nights/week)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment

Respond to emergency service calls

Troubleshoot/program microprocessor & PLC-based controls

Provide customer support and training

Collaborate with sales and management

Complete reports and maintenance checklists

Skills:

Strong problem-solving, mechanical, and electrical knowledge

Excellent communication and customer service

Proficient with service software, able to work independently

Requirements:

High school diploma

Valid driver's license

Mechanical aptitude and service experience

Able to pass background checks and drug screenings

Refrigeration experience a plus (not required)
