**Job Description**
Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained for Senior Leadership roles including the Distribution Center Manager position. This candidate will be in an 18 - 24-month development program to acquire Cintas business knowledge and leadership skills and will consist of 6 main rotations within the Global Supply Chain division of Cintas. This candidate will be involved with special projects, and this is an in-person role.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Gain knowledge and understanding of Cintas culture, policies, and procedures.
• Leadership – Create and communicate the vision and strategies that will lead to a winning environment and long-term growth and success.
• Product and Procedure – Learn processes and procedures of successfully supporting and providing Cintas products to internal customers.
• Training and Development - Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Identify staffing needs, assist with the staffing process, and develop an internal pipeline of talent to fill those needs.
• Collaboration and Teamwork – Engage with leadership team and other stakeholders to find viable solutions to meet goals and improved customer experience.
• Culture of Excellence, Accountability, Training and Continuous Improvement – Create and maintain a culture with high levels of support and training and improve partner and customer experience.
• Environmental, Social, Governance – Continually working to advance and meet all ESG requirements.
**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
• Ability to travel 10%, including overnight stays
• Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of leadership
• 7+ years of managing direct/indirect reports
• 2 year minimum of Shipping/Receiving
• Have an active driver's license
