Who we're looking for

We are looking for an Advanced Marketing Analytics Lead to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Advanced Marketing Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts through advanced analytics, providing valuable insights and strategies for effective decision-making.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement a data science strategy that supports our marketing objectives, promoting growth and enhancing customer experiences.

Apply your knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms to enhance lead scoring, database segmentation, marketing attribution, and other related areas.

Oversee the analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can shape effective marketing strategies and tactics.

Communicate findings to our marketing and executive leadership teams, providing actionable recommendations that align with our business goals.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and IT, to integrate and leverage analytics throughout the organization.

Ensure flawless data integration and consistency across various platforms and teams.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations in data science and marketing analytics, incorporating successful methods into our organization.

Drive continuous improvement of data science methodologies and tools to enhance our marketing performance.

Establish and maintain data governance standards and practices, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

Work closely with our data engineering and IT teams to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes.

What you bring to the role

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role with a focus on marketing analytics.

Advance skills in data science programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and database languages (e.g., SQL).

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and other advanced analytics techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.

Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing a team.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting insights and influencing decision-makers.

Advance knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
