As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor here at\nHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing advanced\nmanufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency,\nquality, and productivity of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you’ll\nwork out of our Danville, KY location

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by driving\nefficiency, improving quality, and increasing productivity. Your expertise in\nimplementing advanced manufacturing technologies and driving process\nimprovements will help us stay competitive in the market and deliver innovative\nproducts to our customers. Your leadership and ability to collaborate with\ncross-functional teams will contribute to the overall success and growth of our\norganization. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and help\nus maintain our position as a global technology leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and\n manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality,\n and productivityImplement\n advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize productionDrive\n continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performanceCollaborate\n with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing\n strategiesManage and\n allocate resources effectively to meet production targetsEnsure\n compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsAnalyze\n production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and\n implement corrective actionsProvide\n leadership and guidance to a team of manufacturing professionals

THE BUSINESS UNIT

Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical\nproducts and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including\naircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The\nbusiness develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical\ncomponents, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates\nfacilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with\nHoneywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and\ntrainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s\n degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as\n science, technology, engineering, and      mathematics.Proven\n experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean\n manufacturing principlesStrong\n knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and\n additive manufacturingExperience with\n data analysis and statistical process controlExcellent\n problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong\n leadership and communication skillsAbility to work\n effectively in cross-functional teams
