KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Disassemble and examine electromechanical products through tear down processes Product level, commodity level and site/ supplier level productivity initiatives Bottoms up should costing for E-Mech commodities. Value engineering analysis to increase product margin. Descriptive cost workout to achieve productivity metrics. Analyze product design, functionality, and performance. Conduct benchmarking studies to compare products against industry standards Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for product enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and improvements.

 

YOU MUST HAVE

 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering Hands on experience in Value Engineering and Cost Analysis for 3 years Deep understanding of supply chain and Sourcing terminologies Hands on experience on TD & Benchmarking for 3 Years Proven experience in advanced engineering and process optimization Strong knowledge of advanced engineering technologies and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership and communication skills
