As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play\na crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing\noperations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies\nto optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives,\nand collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational\nexcellence.
You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor,\nand you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location on a full-time work schedule.
In this role you will use your extensive knowledge of manufacturing engineering\nfundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the\nevolving needs of our customers. You will contribute to the development of\nHoneywell's next generation of products while supporting new products from\nconcept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost,\nyield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committed\nprofessionals who support current product value engineering and the\noptimization of the manufacturing process. Use your manufacturing engineering\nexperience to support development of new products, standards and processes to\nachieve manufacturing goals. You will support daily production activities and\ndrive improvement in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Bachelor’s\n degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as\n science, technology, engineering, mathematicsProven\n experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean\n manufacturing principlesStrong\n knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and\n additive manufacturingExperience with\n data analysis and statistical process controlExcellent\n problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong\n leadership and communication skillsAbility to work\n effectively in cross-functional teamsWE VALUE
