Under general supervision, you will learn and execute various tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, performing wine movements, and operating machinery. Your role will also involve measuring and calculating workplace data, ensuring the care, maintenance, and sanitation of all assigned areas, and adhering to our rigorous safety and quality standards. You will perform standard operations and troubleshooting on packaging equipment, including loading correct packaging materials and assisting with capper and cardboard packer maintenance. You will perform routine production reporting and quality checks, consistently ensuring all in-process and final production quality control standards are met. Your ability to perform CIP and wine changes, complete production and compliance paperwork, and assist with hourly tracking and end-of-shift reporting will be crucial. As a TWI-certified trainer, you will also train other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Shift Requirements + Required to Work 12 hour Rotating Shifts What You Will Need + High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus at least 18 months of wine production or manufacturing experience; or, 3 years of wine production experience. + Required to be 18 years of age or older. + Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs. + Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the bottling room or cellar operations. + Must be able to repetitively lift and uncase production cases and/or production materials from one location to another. + Required to work rotating day/swing and graveyard, 8 hour to11.75 hour-shift schedule, and overtime as needed. + Required to wear a respirator when necessary. + Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. + Required to work at heights and in confined spaces. + Required to comply with company GMP policies. + Skilled in writing simple correspondence. + Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers. + Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
