Advanced Practice Provider, Hematology/BMT

The Division of Hematology & Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine and the UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center at the Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine is hiring for multiple Advanced Practice Provider faculty positions within the Division with specialized experience in Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant.

The successful candidates would join a thriving multidisciplinary medical oncology and hematology practice and be able to leverage world class scientific collaborations and robust infrastructure for investigator initiated and population based clinical trials.

We expect that this individual will hold an academic appointment in the Department of Medicine. The candidate will report to the Chief of Hematology & Medical Oncology and be expected to have administrative, clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities in the Mays Cancer Center, one of the nation's NCI Designated Cancer Centers with over a 40-year tradition of excellence in development of new cancer therapies, understanding cancer biology, and decreasing the burden of Cancer in San Antonio and South Texas. Servicing a vibrant, diverse, and rapidly growing city and region, the cancer center is expanding, and in 2024 will open the Multispecialty and Research Hospital (MSRH).

Candidates should hold a PA, DNP, or NP with experience in outpatient oncology practice.
