Provides health care services to patients under direction and responsibility of a Physician. **Requisition ID:** 40552BR **Travel Required:** Up to 25% **Major/Essential Functions:** + Provide clinical support to physician. + Assess, plan implement and evaluate clinical needs of patients. + Assist with consults and admissions. + Assist with rounds ( Writing notes, orders, wound care, etc.} + Write discharge orders and dictate discharge notes. + Provide in-patient and out-patient care.
