This APP will be responsible for covering IP CVICU.  Coverage includes:  IP rounding, admissions/transfers/discharges, Arterial and Central line insertion, Swan Ganz placement, intubation, etc.  The CVICU is a high acuity unit with coverage of acute Cardiogenic shock, MI, VAD, Heart Transplant, etc. Straight night shift or Day/Night rotation. This includes Holiday rotation and weekend coverage as needed – Full time
