Description:Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Gastroenterology Care team in North Central Indiana.

Saint Joseph Medical Group is the employed arm of Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS). The Medical Group includes over 20 practice sites with over 100 primary care and specialist physicians in St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties.

This position will be employed by Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, a regional health system of Trinity Health and an affiliate of Loyola Medicine.The ideal candidate would be seasoned in GI and have an interest in program development. The selected provider will take part in seeing patients in the outpatient and inpatient setting.

• Emphasis is on providing excellent patient care and service while being productive
• Administration strongly supportive of GI department growth and vision
• Significant unmet demand for GI referrals from large network of primary care and specialty physicians

SJMG is a well-established multi-specialty group with over 100 physicians and a very strong primary care referral base. The SJMG Gastroenterology group is a new practice and will be the sole employed GI specialty office within the medical group and has a reputation of excellent and compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity for the right Gastroenterology provider to be part of a well-established multi-specialty group and build a lifelong career within a strong health network. Saint Joseph Medical Group is offering an excellent compensation package for the right provider including:Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance. Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits. 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $1,500 for CME.$1,500 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships.
