The Opportunity:

We are hiring an experienced APP for our Plaza Primary Care Clinic in Kansas City, MO.

The Work:

This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populationsResponsible for collecting and analyzing client health dataIdentifies appropriate expected outcomesDevelops and implements patient plan of careProvides comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case managementProvides consultation to influence plan of care for clients using prescriptive authority procedures and treatment in accordance with state and federal laws and regulationsEvaluates clients progress in attaining expected outcomesConducts nursing research and provides education to patient family and nursing staffPosition will primarily see adult patient population

Candidates with 2-3 years of advanced practice preferred.

Master's Degree, Dual licensure APRN Missouri and Kansas, BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
