Saint Mary Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Surgery Clinic team. ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:
• Full-time position in general surgery
• 2 years' experience required
• Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
• Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care
• Monday–Friday schedule with minimal call responsibility

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 on an annualized basis.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
