-Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.
-Existing bleeding disorder knowledge preferred.
-PA Physician Assistant License or PA Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner required (Must have already passed boards).
-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
-One year of APP patient care experience preferred.
-Hematology experience preferred.
