Join a dedicated and expert team of over 900 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at MSK, committed to delivering world-class cancer care to patients and families! We’re seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) team, supporting patients with complex malignancies. In this dynamic role, you'll play an integral part in a high-volume surgical practice, managing follow-ups, post-operative visits, and consultations with patients at various stages of recovery. Collaborate closely with a team of top-tier surgeons and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate, exemplary care and contribute to a patient-centered environment. You’ll also serve as a clinical resource, educating and advising team members while actively participating in process improvements, patient education initiatives, and support programs. Key Qualifications:
Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrationsNYS prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)2-3+ years of related clinical experience within oncology, ideally GI SurgeryRelated National NP certificationBLS, ACLS required PALS preferredORGraduate from an accredited PA programNCCPA certificationActive NYS license or be qualified for state licensureA minimum of 2-3 years clinical oncology experience, ideally GI SurgeryBLS, ACLS required PALS preferredCore Skills:
