The Opportunity:
We are hiring a PRN Advanced Practice Provider for our Night shift team. Shift- Nights at Plaza or SL East location. Hours are 5 pm to 5 am or 7 pm to 7 am. PRN three shifts per month, one weekend shift per month and one major holiday per year per our PRN requirement.
The Work:
The Advanced practice provider is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data, identifying appropriate expected outcomes, development and implementation of plan of care, provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care, and case management, to provide consultation to influence plan of care for clients, enhance the abilities of others, and effect change in the system. An APP will uses prescriptive authority, procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations, evaluate clients progress in attaining expected outcomes, conduct nursing research, provide education to patient family and nursing staff, and case manages high risk patients.
