We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. **Highlights** This provider will join our Touchpoint Senior Living practice providing care to the geriatric population in the post-acute and long-term care settings. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
