Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses in the state. 2. BLS certification upon hire and maintained current. 3. Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty is preferred. 4. Master’s in nursing required, Doctorate of Nursing preferred. 5. Two or more years of clinical experience as a nursing practitioner at a physician practice or in a hospital with a related specialty is strongly preferred. 6.
