Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a qualified and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team and provide clinical oversight for our Kentucky branch. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the well-being of our patients while working in a supportive and mission-driven environment. As an APRN, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supporting patient care, and overseeing nursing staff to ensure quality services are delivered to our special patient population.
Shifts: Part-Time. Approximately 5-10 hours/month
Compensation: $48-$53/hour depending on experience

Provide clinical oversight for the Kentucky branch, ensuring that all patient care plans align with the highest standards of care. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and make clinical decisions related to patient care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes. Offer guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring best practices in the delivery of care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in patient care reviews, case management, and program development as needed. Ensure that the care delivered aligns with NCP’s mission of serving former Department of Energy workers.Qualifications:
Current and active APRN license in the state of Kentucky. At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with prior experience in home health, geriatrics, or similar fields preferred. Knowledge and experience with healthcare for DOE workers or a willingness to learn and engage with this unique patient population. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and decision-making.
