Partners with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals, including the identification and assessment of needs. Develops and facilitates implementation of the recommended program. Manages and monitors program effectiveness via service and outcome measures. Calculates return on investment, maintaining financial responsibility. Investigates and pursues outside resources for program funding. Serves as a resource and developer to the Professional Development Practitioner. Develops curriculum and trains others to facilitate the delivery of content. Acts as a champion for scientific inquiry using evidence-based practice and research for clinical and professional development practice change. Follows the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards of Practice.
