Job Descriptionfinancial requirements preparation of projects, conveyor architecturecost estimationfull-time equivalent planning (resource allocation), development of engineering strategies and tracking progress of Vehicle Process Engineering launches. Alignment with global team, KPI’s. Keep tracking of the LRP projects and translate to the Conveyor and facilities launch cadence. Keep NA Conveyors and facilities sourcing strategy VPE/Purchasing Conveyors performance & lesson learned tracking by participating with Plants maintenance and SPW teams PC1 weekly analysis. Support Capex reduction initiatives. Support & maintain all aspects of Conveyor Standards and Specifications Support in establishing project timing. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress. Supervise resources. QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent or HSD with 10+ years of experience in an automation environment.Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience in an automation environment.Experience managing a technical team. Experience in forecasting and estimating cost associated with manufacturing equipment and projects.Distributed Control System troubleshooting and problem resolution experience. Strong understanding of Conveyor machine and process Innovative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills Demonstrated team leadership and communication skills.
