Advanced Quality Engineer

What will your responsibilities be?

Fulfilling the quality related deliverables in accordance to PLUS (Adient Product/Launch system) (i.e. Product Safety Manufacturing Certificate, SC CC workshop, PPAP, VDA 6.3 preparation)Plan, organize and drive the team to implement preventive actions in projectsDrive customer specific APQP process and customer reportingManage customer PPAP´sDrive Lessons Learned / BBP to exceed customer and Johnson Controls requirementsManage customer for Quality topics and synchronize (or align) with
all SDT membersSupport the program launch for any quality concerns latest for SOP + 90 calendar daysResponsible for the problem solving process during program execution before SOP and SOP +90Promote quality tools (8D, PSD, KT) inside the SDTEnsure prototype quality (incl. Process)Interface to SAQE and SAQ-ProcessPrepare quality section of SSOW

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Degree in EngineeringProfessional background in Manufacturing and/or Quality and/or EngineeringMin 5 years relevant work experienceEnglish – fluent written and spokenInterface with local Fiat customer, speaking Polish,Outstanding interpersonal skillsSense of innovation and leadershipDriving license and mobility – business travels requiredItalian language knowledge will be an advantage
