We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet in NSW.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Factory Outlet through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment. Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customer's with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.  Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.

 

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
•    Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear •    Visual Merchandising •    Stockroom Procedures
