DESCRIPTION
There is an open opportunity for an Advanced/Senior Warehouse Technician in Watford, ND. This role works as part of a warehousing team supporting warehouses across several western states and is responsible for operation of the warehouse and storeroom through receiving, stocking, processing and distributing materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Unloads material deliveries, reviews shipments for accuracy, books material receipts, and stores material in accordance with Company and site policies and procedures. Pulls and selects materials required for maintenance, repair, operations, and construction of the facility; loads material for delivery and/or shipment. Understands workflow processes and SAP warehousing functionality.Performs cycle counts, receiving and shipping duties and ensures proper documentation has been completed. Identifies inventory discrepancies, receiving discrepancies and damaged material and takes appropriate action. Coordinates the monitoring and control of inventory in conjunction with the warehouse leader and the Supply Chain Operations Materials Management department.Works with local SME’s & Procurement and provides professional customer service to operations, maintenance, and engineers.Responsible for gathering and maintaining records in accordance with the Company’s records retention policy.Escalates safety and operational issues to supervisor as directed.Performs daily housekeeping tasks related to keeping a safe, clean, and organized stores.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Valid driver’s license required.ERP System and SAP experience preferred.Fork Truck certification required.7 -11+ years warehousing or inventory control experience.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Technician Level 1 (T1)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Entry level related experience in materials management, warehousing, or stores operations in support of MRO or construction inventories for petrochemical or oil & gas manufacturing facilities.
Technician Level 2 (T2)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 or more years related experience in materials management, warehousing, or stores operations in support of MRO or construction inventories for petrochemical or oil & gas manufacturing facilities.
Technician Level 3 (T3)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 7 or more years related experience in materials management, warehousing, or stores operations in support of MRO or construction inventories for petrochemical or oil & gas manufacturing facilities.
Technician Level 4 (T4)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 11 or more years related experience in materials management, warehousing, or stores operations in support of MRO or construction inventories for petrochemical or oil & gas manufacturing facilities.
