We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead to design, develop, and guide the implementation of scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core (C#), React.js/Angular, MQTT, WebSockets, and REST API development. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core (C#), React.js/Angular.Implement real-time communication protocols such as MQTT and WebSockets for scalable, high-performance applications.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless backend/frontend communication.Lead architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for scalable and maintainable software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Management, to deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure security, performance, and reliability of applications.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in .NET Core (C#) for backend development.Expertise in React.js or Angular for modern front-end development.Hands-on experience with MQTT, WebSockets, and real-time communication protocols.Proficiency in REST API design and integration.Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), SSRS.Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based deployments.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with InstallShield for application packaging and deployment.Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.Familiarity with VB.NET and legacy system migration.Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).Exposure to IoT applications and real-time event-driven architectures.
