The role requires organization, time management, and communication skills. **The internship will be onsite at Axiom Space in Houston, Texas.** **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** + Perform analysis, develop models, and procedures to support development of advanced station systems which includes, but is not limited to spaceflight hardware, software, mechanical systems, system engineering, material science, chemical engineering, semiconductors, robotics, mission operations, payload integration, in-space production platforms, clean facility concepts, etc. + Support development team with tasks related to design, analysis, test, and evaluation. + Perform analysis and testing to support component or system development. + Document design, analysis, and test output to support review and approval of system development. + Present results of tests and evaluations to technical teams. + Coordinate with the Axiom Space Revenue team to identify future customer technical and business requirements and convert them into requirements for station engineering. + Travel to a California partner facility to get a case-study hands-on experience on payload development for semiconductor manufacturing in space. + Other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
