Responsibilities:
You will take role as Engineer\nProduct Lead, be responsible for bring in qualified\nproduct features, performance based on team strategy and vision. This role is\ncross-functional; you will work closely with project team member, marketing, QA\nand partners to bring total solution of products to market. A successful\ncandidate will be with good communication skill to work with global team locate\nin different country, strong engineering background, high analytical and able\nto work extremely effective in matrix organization.
Responsibilities will\ninclude:
Work closely with program manager, responsible for deliver NPI/VE programs on cost, on schedule, on quality by coordinating internal and external engineering resource.
Drive product development with respect to product line design knowledge, program management and NPI process across system video product line.
Perform evaluation and competitive analysis of video surveillance products, test functions and performance of video products for global security market.
Responsible to work with team to deliver test video clips and documentation for products to customer.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience\n working in the security industry.
Familiar with video\n surveillance products (IP camera, DVR, NVR, surveillance platforms, etc.)\n Video performance evaluation, platform integration experience is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in\n video surveillance products test plan and test case design is a must.
Project management and NPI\n process knowledge is a must.
Goal-oriented with a strong\n drive for success.
Fluent in Mandarin &\n English, good communication and presentation skills, international\n experience will be a plus.
Individuals who take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by event.
Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions.
Proactively to take challenges and adapt to change quickly


Required Education:

Bachelor\nDegree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related.  Master Degree is preferred.
