What do you get to do in this position? 

Learn the main features and most common applications of a Schneider Electric product family Provide remote support (emails, chats, web) to internal and external clients on simple technical questions. Creation of cross references of Schneider Electric products vs products of other brands. Support in activities of installation, uninstallation and setup of equipment in the laboratories. Monitor the status of cases that require more analysis time (advanced technical support).
Support with performance, management and general documentation and also data management of the teams involved.
