Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Advanced Test Engineer located at either our Golden Valley (MN) location that will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective test engineering operations. You will support all testing operations across multiple locations by defining, designing, and implementing lab stands as needed, coordinating with facilities to ensure lab stands needs are accounted for, and planning for future testing infrastructure needs. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing testing infrastructure and capabilities to develop new products.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nDefine the test infrastructure strategy to meet product testing needs\nDesign test stands as needed and procure parts for test stand assembly and commissioning\nManage test stand assets and calibration and upkeep\nCoordinate with facilities to ensure space and needs are aligned\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define test stand requirements\nPerform testing activities as needed\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - $128,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
\nThis position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering, the sciences, or technology\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in test engineering with emphasis on lab testing\nStrong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and software and electronics needed to make test stands functions\nExperience in coordinating testing activities across multiple locations\nExperience coordinating testing infrastructure needs with facility organizations\nU.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance\n\nWE VALUE
