POSITION SUMMARY

 Effectively support the promo planning process by coordinating with the supplier for POS materials and collaborating internally with CDT on WBS creation code creation to ensure the on-time availability of promotions.SPOC for P2P activities in Iran, coordinating with the NME procurement team and with internal stakeholders for on-time execution of tasks in a compliant manner.Responsible for stock reconciliation of POS materials and highlighting to Management during monthly CORs to drive actions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Promo material extension (M-4) – based on CDT champion extending promo codes to the OPC level with the collaboration.Monthly cleansing of local promo material – alignment with CDT/demand planner and data management team.Internal collaboration with demand planner, CDT, and sales team on tactical planning activity on stock availability/POS availability.Creating PR/PO for local promo manipulation and also for all artwork/snickering.Biweekly visit to the warehouse to make sure all the promo stickers are placed on promo units as per our guidelines and also to review all the batch, expiry, and carton barcode labels are correct as per our system record to make sure there won’t be any stocks are returned from the trade due to local production issue.

What Will Make You Successful?

University Graduate. 1 to 2 years of similar experience in marketing is preferred.Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; SAP P2P in Globe.The ideal candidate should be results-focused, insightful, service-oriented, and proactive.
