Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead a team of professionals to execute and monitor advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform advertising strategies.Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.Oversee the creation and placement of advertising content, including digital and traditional media.Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Drive innovation in advertising approaches to enhance brand visibility.Requirements:
Proven experience in advertising and marketing management, preferably in the FMCG sector.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in digital advertising, including SEO, SEM, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Financial acumen with an understanding of advertising budgets and ROI.
