The Opportunity

We have a new opportunity available for an Advice Associate to join our Financial Services business in Sydney or Melbourne. Within this position you will be working closely with and support our Financial Planners to provide comprehensive administrative support as well as providing a highly personable experience to our customers.
 

To do this successfully you will:

Liaise between financial planners and customersSupport research and evaluation of dataAssist in the preparation of customer meetings, supporting research, handling documentation, record management and implementation of advice to customersConduct existing product research to support our AdvisersAssist with customer queries and implement any customer advice in a timely mannerCollaborate with different parts of the business to support business initiatives and support a well-functioning teamContinuously build your knowledge of the Advice industry, legislative changes, attend professional development and compliance training sessions and complete all learning within the required timeframes
 

Successful applications will demonstrate:

A Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning (RG146 compliance) preferredExperience in a busy customer service / client facing rolePrevious experience working in a Financial Planning / Advice businessStrong written and verbal communicationWell-developed rapport building and customer engagement skillsSound risk management thinking and practices

The salary on offer for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 inclusive of superannuation.
